舌象：舌体宽大，有纵裂，白苔。

脉象：左脉细，右脉弦

处方：防风10 荆芥10 紫苏叶10 薄荷10（后下）甘草3 射干7 桔梗7 霍香10 金银花12 白前12 麻黄1 羌活3 紫菀10 苦杏仁10  单位克，3剂，煎煮方法见前一贴博客内容。

结果：患者服用了第1剂的头一次剂量，已经觉得呼吸好赚，3剂后扁桃体差不多恢复到正常水平，呼吸顺。1周后，扁桃体恢复正常，呼吸不畅完全消除。
