how to cook Chinese medicine which is for common cold or flu

 1.soak herbs without mint in 700-800ml of water, for 0.5-1 hour

2.Bring to a boil in the same water. Once boiling, keep on high heat for 5 minutes. Then pour out the liquid in a big bowl

3.add 600-700ml of boiling water to the pot. Bring to a boil, then lower the heat to medium low. After 20 minutes, add the mint. Soak for 20 seconds, and pour the liquid into the previous bowl. Mix.

4.remove the mint from the herbs, and repeat the 3rd step

5.separate the liquid in the bowl (which will contain liquid from step 2, 3, and 4) into three or four doses. Wait3- 4 hours between each dose.
